James RAtcliffe Bsc (hons) MRICS

James studied at The Grange School, Cheshire before leaving for Oxford Brookes University where he spent 3 years studying Real Estate Management. 

Post university James joined top 5 national property consultancy GVA (now Avison Young) and rotated through their agency, valuation, lease consultancy and property management teams based across the north of England. 

James formally qualified as a chartered surveyor in April 2015 and was primarily responsible for handling all RBS/ NatWest property matters across the north before leaving GVA in 2018 to set up Valorem. 

Outside of property James enjoys football and is a disgruntled Manchester United fan. He also plays golf at Fulford Golf Club although is not expecting to join the PGA tour anytime soon!
